Tattooing and Body Piercing at Deuces Wild
Tattooing
Tattooing focuses mainly on sterilization due to the risk of potential infection caused by a needle breaking the skin. At Deuces Wild Tattoo Shop you can be sure that your experience will be a safe and sterile one. We use many single use materials such as inks and ink cups, gloves and needles. Needles arrive and stay in sterile packaging until opened in front of the customer for use.

Needle Bars and Tubes are sterilized before every use with an Autoclave – a heat/steam/pressure unit that provides the only acceptable sterilization process. A few of the steps we take before we start your tattoo:
- Disinfect the work area with an EPA-approved Viricide.
- Place plastic bags on spray bottles to prevent cross-contamination.
- Remove all equipment from sterile packaging in front of the client.
- Shave and disinfect the area to be tattooed with a mixture of water and antiseptic soap.

Body Piercing
Professional and Sterile. Deuces Wild Tattooing and Body Piercing prides itself on these two industry standards as every detail of their body piercing process follows the strictest code of professionalism and sterilization. Your piercing will be implemented by a State Licensed Piercer and any aftercare required will be performed gratefully. We want your piercing experience to be as comfortable and safe as can be!

As with tattooing, all piercing equipment is sterilized before every use with an Autoclave. Also, one-time, disposable equipment is used and disposed of in approved containers. Disposable equipment includes:
- Needles.
- Dressing trays.
- Gloves.
- Face mask (worn by the piercer).
- Disposable apron.
